Had the AVCR on my first wrx and sadly it lowered the BHP on mine! Took the bugger off and gained 15bhp!
Bet your injectors duty cycle is 100% running 290ish bhp on 380cc's!

Nice upgrade regarding the Version 7 tmic as well, should increase boost by .3bar over the standard slanted intercoolers!
What are you doing regarding a remap? and whos doing it? JGM is a good one on simteks/apexi's as simon knows his stuff, with 440's, td05 and a v7 tmic you should be looking at 320 or above to be honest!

yeah they are, the tmic looks better but has increased lag a touch the car pulls then wallop in comes the boost, going to get a re-map to see if simon can smooth it out a bit
